  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Festival of Lights operates rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather while the event remains open.

  • Yes. Festival of Lights offers weekday and weekend tickets. Please review the ticket details before purchasing to ensure you select the date category that matches with your planned visit.

    • DRIVE-THROUGH LIGHTS
      Admission is priced per vehicle.
      Monday–Thursday: $20 per car
      Friday–Sunday: $25 per car

      • Van: Monday–Thursday $30

      • Van: Friday–Sunday $35

      • Bus/Limo: Monday–Thursday $50

      • Bus/Limo: Friday–Sunday $55

    • SANTA’S VILLAGE WRISTBANDS
      Admission to Santa’s Village is FREE.
      Wristbands are only required to participate in the major attractions.
      All major attractions wristband: $20
      Each additional wristband: $10

    Food and merchandise are extra.

  • When purchasing tickets at the gate, both cash and card are accepted.

    Santa’s Village is card only purchases with any major credit card, debit card, apple pay or tap to pay. Cash can be exchanged at the front tent of the village as you enter for a Santa Bucks card.

  • Snow tubers must be 48 inches or taller to ride.

    Skaters under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The guardian must have skates on as well.

    Kids are the only ones allowed on our inflatables. Sorry adults—we know, we’re disappointed too.😔

  • It’s predominately an outdoor experience, so make sure to dress accordingly. Alabama weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

    Dress warmly, wear comfortable shoes and be prepared in case of rain.

    Don’t forget a toboggan, gloves and especially your jacket!

  • No, we do not allow smoking or vaping inside the village.

  • Outside food or beverages are not permitted in Santa’s Village.

    We have plenty of food and beverage options available throughout Santa’s Village to ensure you have all you need to eat, drink and be merry.

  • Of course! We love seeing your photos and videos from your visit. Be sure to tag us on Facebook and Instagram so we can see and share your memories!

  • Pets are welcome in vehicles during the drive-through portion of the event, but are not allowed in Santa’s Village unless they are a service animal.

    Please do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle.

  • Yes! Once you pass the ticket booth, we strongly recommend turning off your headlights to enhance the experience for you and other guests.

    If you need assistance, one of our staff members will be happy to help at the ticket booth.

  • No. For the safety of our guests, passengers must remain seated inside the vehicle at all times. Riding in the bed of a pickup truck, sitting in an open trunk, riding on any exterior part of a vehicle, or on an external trailer is not permitted.

  • Each car entry is valid for up to 8 people. For safety, every passenger must have their own seat. Passengers may not sit on laps or ride in floorboards, hatchback areas, or other cargo spaces.

    Van = 9 - 15 passengers all in their own seat

    Bus/Limo = 15 or more all in their own seat

  • No. You must remain in your vehicle at all times, unless you are entering Santa’s Village.
