  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Festival of Lights operates rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather while the event remains open.

  • Yes. Festival of Lights offers weekday and weekend tickets. Please review the ticket details before purchasing to ensure you select the date category that matches with your planned visit.

  • The drive-through light show, admission to Santa’s Village and all attractions in The Village are included with your entry ticket.

    Yes, you did read that right! All attractions such as our snow tubing, skating, photos with Santa, and more are ALL INCLUDED in the entry ticket. No more paying extra once you’re inside Santa’s Village!

    Food and merchandise are extra.

  • The only things not included with your ticket are merchandise, food and beverages. Those will be an extra cost.

  • When purchasing tickets at the gate, both cash and card are accepted.

    Within Santa’s Village, card payments only are accepted.

  • Snow tubers mush be 48 inches or taller to ride.

    Skater under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The guardian must have skates on as well.

    Kids are the only ones allowed on our inflatables. Sorry adults—we kow, we’re disappointed too.😔

  • It’s predominately an outdoor experience, so make sure to dress accordingly. Alabama weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable throughout the evening.

    Dress warmly, wear comfortable shoes and be prepared in case of rain.

    Don’t forget a toboggan, gloves and especially your jacket!

  • No, we do not allow smoking.

  • Outside food or beverages are not permitted in Santa’s Village.

    We have plenty of food and beverage options available throughout Santa’s Village to ensure you have all you need to eat, drink and be merry.

  • Of course! We love seeing your photos and videos from your visit. Be sure to tag us on Facebook and Instagram so we can see and share your memories!

  • Pets are welcome in vehicles during the drive-through portion of the event, but are not allowed in Santa’s Village unless they are a service animal.

    Please do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle.

  • Yes! Once you pass the ticket booth, we strongly recommend turning off your headlights to enhance the experience for you and other guests.

    If you need assistance, one of our staff members will be happy to help at the ticket booth.

  • No. For the safety of our guests, passengers must remain seated inside the vehicle at all times. Riding in the bed of a pickup truck, sitting in an open trunk or riding on any exterior part of a vehicle is not permitted.

  • No. You must remain in your vehicle at all times, unless you are entering Santa’s Village.
