Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online here.
Tickets can be purchased at the gate.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. Festival of Lights will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued as a result of inclement weather while the event remains open.
What attractions are included as part of my general admission ticket?
The drive-through light display and admission to Santa’s Village are included with your ticket purchase. Food, merchandise, skating, pictures with Santa, and inflatables are extra.
Is there an age limit to enter the skating rink?
Skaters who are six and under must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. While on the synthetic ice, skaters are not allowed to carry children. No one is permitted on the synthetic ice without skates.
Can you purchase tickets at the gate?
Tickets are available at the entrance each night of the Festival of Lights, but we recommend purchasing in advance for the best prices.
What forms of payment are accepted?
• Tickets can be purchased using most major credit cards.
• During the event, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or cash
What is not allowed in the venue?

What’s the best way to dress for the evening?
It’s predominately an outdoor experience, so make sure to dress accordingly. Dress warmly and be prepared in case of rain.
Is smoking permitted at Festival of Lights?
Festival of Lights is a non-smoking event.
Are we allowed to bring food or drinks into the Festival of Lights?
Outside food or beverages are not permitted at Festival of Lights, but we feature a host of fantastic food options to ensure you find all you need to eat, drink and be merry.
Are cameras allowed inside the Festival of Lights?

Do I need to purchase a ticket for each person in my vehicle?
No! One ticket per carload.
Can I have my dog in my car?
Yes, but pets are not allowed inside Santa's Village unless it’s a service animal. Please do not leave your pets unattended in your vehicle.
Do I need to turn off my headlights?
Yes! Leaving your headlights off enhances the experience for everyone.
Can I have people in the back of my pickup truck?
No!
What ticket should I purchase for my vehicle?
Car: Any vehicle which has seats for eight (8) or less persons.
Van: Any vehicle which has seats for nine (9) to fifteen (15) persons.
Bus: Any vehicle which has seats for sixteen (16) or more persons.
Limo: A large, luxurious vehicle, driven by a chauffeur who is separated from the passengers by a partition.
Do I have to use my ticket on a specific day?
YES if you purchased tickets in advance. Advance tickets are sold in two options: Good for Monday - Thursday evenings and good Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings.

Can I leave my vehicle?
No. You must remain in your vehicle at all times, unless you are entering Santa’s Village.
What size skates do you have?
Children size 6 - Adult size 13.
