Terms & Conditions - Ticket Policies
REFUND POLICY: There are NO REFUND on any ticket except as required by law. If an event is cancelled due to severe weather, all previously purchased tickets shall be honored on the rescheduled date. Guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance may request a cancellation refund. Ticket users are solely responsible for any risks related to traveling to the Festival of Lights at Choccolocco Park during severe weather. All orders are final with no refunds. This ticket is valid for one admission.
EXCHANGE POLICY: There are NO adjustments to ticket purchases may be made. Downgrades are not available.
Coupons or discounts must be presented at the box office/ticket gate at the time of purchase and may not be applied to completed orders.
Ticket users consent to the use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any video, photo, display, transmission, or recording of the event by the City of Oxford - Festival of Lights.
Ticket users assume all risks of personal injury and losses incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, user bears all risks of inclement weather.
This event may utilize special effects including, but not limited too: atmospheric haze/fog, strobe lighting, and sound effects.
Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the policies of the Festival of Lights and applicable laws.
The City of Oxford/Festival of Lights is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Treat your ticket as you would cash.
Guests with disabilities requiring special accommodations should notify the Oxford Performing Arts Center Box Office at the time of ticket purchase.
Each ticket printed features a QR Code that permits one admission per ticket. Tickets shall not be duplicated, copied, modified, or re-printed under any circumstance.
All tickets issued may only be used by the person who originally placed the order. The name on the ticket must match the name of the original buyer. Ticket holders may be required to produce a government-issued photo ID matching the name on their tickets. Should a ticket holder be unable to produce a matching photo ID, they may not be provided entry.
Festival of Lights reserves the right to change the ticket delivery method to Will Call at any time. Will Call tickets may only be collected, from the Festival of Lights ticket gate, with production of a photo ID matching the original ticket buyer’s information.
Festival of Lights, The Oxford Performing Arts Center, The City of Oxford, its directors, employees, and agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or system failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.
